Target weights are fixed and reset at each quarterly rebalancing; effective weights drift with prices in between. Contribution is each constituent's share of the index move since the current period start, in index points.
Deterministic
One formula, fixed weights, published base prices. Run `npm run compute` on the committed price files and you get the same numbers to the fourth decimal.
Auditable
Every price file records its provider, fetch time and SHA-256. Every company page lists dated, linked evidence with a verbatim quote. Unavailable days are shown, never filled.
Open to challenge
Nominate a company or dispute a classification through a structured GitHub issue. Reviews are quarterly; changes are versioned in METHODOLOGY.md.
