It is not a security, not a fund, not an exchange-traded product, not a benchmark administered under any regulatory regime, and not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or any other regulator. The display symbol $HMN is a label for the index value and does not denote a listed instrument. There is no product tracking the index, and HUMAN Index Partners, LLC does not offer, sell, manage or advise on one.

Data

Index values are calculated from third-party end-of-day price data whose provider, fetch time and licence are recorded with each price file. The data may contain errors, may be delayed, and is used under the provider's terms; it is not independently verified against exchange records unless stated. Where data is unavailable the index value is shown as unavailable and never estimated.

Company information and classifications

Company classifications describe the evidence found on the stated review date and are not statements about a company's values, intentions or future conduct. No company is described as opposed to artificial intelligence. Quotes are reproduced verbatim from the linked sources and remain the property of their authors. No constituent company sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with the HUMAN Index. Trademarks belong to their owners. Corrections can be requested through the repository's issue tracker.

Open source

The code is published under the MIT licence without warranty of any kind. Anyone redistributing the price data or operating a derived index is responsible for their own data licences and regulatory obligations.
